BABY BOOGIE
Sessions will take place in the children's play area beside Dunnes from 10:30am to 12 noon every Tuesday, commencing on 18 May.
Baby Boogie is a toddlers "disco" and it is a great opportunity for children to improve their interaction and play skills. It is also an opportunity for parents to meet up and discuss the "joys of parenting"! There will be music provided by our Baby Boogie DJ and balloons for all the children. The great news is that it is FREE!!

SOCIAL SENIORS
Social Seniors mornings happen every Monday morning at 10:30am in Workhouse Square. The group usually meet for coffees outside Costa Coffee and occassionally speakers are engaged to give talks on topics such as gardening; security; health etc.
SATURDAY LIVE PERFORMANCE IN WORKHOUSE SQUARE
Workhouse Square is the place to be on Saturdays from 2:30pm - 4PM. You can relax with a coffee and enjoy the excellent saxaphone playing of Jonny Pumfrey.
MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT IN WORKHOUSE SQUARE ON SUNDAYS
Why not sit back and relax with a cup of coffee and be entertained by twosome Miriam & Colin with the best Irish songs and tunes.
FREE FACEPAINTING FOR CHILDREN AT WEEKENDS
Let your children enjoy FREE face painting every weekend in MacDonagh Junction. Alice, our expert face painter is ready with brushes in hand from 2pm - 5pm almost every Saturday and Sunday. You will usually find Alice near the children's play area or in Workhouse Square.
STORY TIME IN STONE HOUSE BOOKS
Due to popular demand, Stone House Books at MacDonagh Junction will be commencing their Summer Book Club on Monday 12th July from 11am to 12pm. It will continue for 6 weeks. This a joint venture between Stone House Books and O'Brien Press.
As before, some of the authors of the chosen books will visit and discuss their work with the children. It is a wonderful opportunity to support both Irish authors and an Irish publisher.
Stone House Books will be offering 10% off the chosen titles. The club will be situated at Costa Coffee who will also supply light refreshment.
